Amends the Customs Tariff Act 1995 and Excise Tariff Act 1921 to provide further temporary reductions in the excise duty rates and excise-equivalent customs duty rates by 30.4 per cent of the full rate for fuels, including petrol and diesel and similar petroleum-based products.
